Q: What types of rooms are available?
A: (1) Bunk Bed / Two Bunk Beds: A capsule-style shared dormitory that accommodates 8 to 14 guests. Rooms are gender-separated (male/female), with shared bathroom facilities. Private rooms are not available in this category.
(2) Double / Triple / Quadruple Rooms: These are private rooms with no gender restrictions. Bathrooms are shared and located outside the room.
Q: Check-in and check-out time?
A: Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00.
Q: How to get to the hotel once I arrive at the airport?
A: Our hotel is located on the south side of Taoyuan International Airport-Terminal 2. To get here, go to the Departure Hall on 3rd floor first. Use the escalator near check-in counter No.22. As you reach the 5th floor, you will see us on the left. If you are in transit, you will have to go through the custom. If you are departing, Do Not go through the security check.
Q: Can I book by the hour? What is the hourly rate?
A: Houly plan is not available for booking at the moment.
Q: Can children stay for free?
A: Minimum age of guests is 4 years old. One child between 4 to 6 years old can stay for free with adults (only in Double/Triple/Quadruple Room).
Children more than 7 years old are considered as adults and need to book their own beds. Children cannot stay together with adults in the single capsules.
Q: Can I choose the upper/lower bed?
A: We will arrange your request to our best ability, but no guarantee.
Q: Are meals provided? Can I eat in the guestrooms?
A: Meals are not included with the accommodation. Food and drinks are not permitted in guest rooms (only water is allowed).
Q: Does hotel provide shower facility and hair dryers?
A: Yes, there is a shared bathroom and shower facility inside the hotel and we provide Dyson hair dryers.
Q: Are free toiletries provided?
A: Towels and toiletries are available for rental and purchase. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided for free in the bathrooms.
Q: Can I store my luggage?
A: Yes. Luggage can be stored at our front desk before the check-in time and after check-out for free.
Q: What documents are required at check-in?
A: Each guest is required to present a valid photo ID at check-in for registration purposes.

Q: When do I pay for a booking made on your official website? Why do I need to provide my credit card details?
A: If you book through our official website, you will pay at the hotel when you check in. (If you book through other platforms, please follow their specific payment policies.)
Your credit card detail is mainly to secure your booking and protect both you and the hotel. Your card will only be used in the following situations:
(1) If your booking total is over TWD3,000, we will place a pre-authorization on your card 5 days before check-in. (This is not an actual charge—it just temporarily holds the amount to make sure your card has enough available credit.)
(2) If you cancel the booking after the free cancellation period.
(3) If you fail to show up on the check-in date (a "no-show").
Q: If I plan to arrive between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, how should I make a reservation?
A: Please book a bed for the night before your arrival date and indicate your estimated arrival time in the reservation notes. For guests arriving during this time, we offer complimentary late check-out until 4:00 PM on the day of departure.
(NOTE: Room cleaning takes place from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, during which some noise may occur.)
